Condolence From: Ornella (Beltrano) Togmus
Condolence: Hi Everyone, I am so sorry for your Great Loss. Growing up with all of you was so wonderful, more than you will ever know! Sam was so great to all of us kids. He was so funny. I know it must have been great knowing him even though I hadn't seen him in over 30 years because every time I have thought of Sam & Kay & the the rest of them these past years, I have a warm feeling in my Heart! Lots of great memories. I will forever keep Yosemite Sam in my thoughts & heart. All of you Rankin's were the BEST. Love Ornella (Beltrano) Togmus. OXOX

Condolence: Kay and family,
My thoughts are with you all and sorry I can’t be with you to celebrate Sam’s life.
I have many special memories, some highlights are when we were young boys and played with our little trucks and cars together in the sand pits behind our family home, summer vacations at Sand Lake (back when Hwy 11 was a dirt road), how you got your nickname Sam, being my best man at my wedding and endless visits and celebrations as our families grew. I’m thankful that we were able to have a last chat and laugh together. You’ll be missed by so many, but your memory will live on forever.
Love, Jerry and family.

Condolence: Dear Kay and all the Rankin Rascals
With a heavy heart I send you my condolences on the loss of your father.
I know you are a big close family and will look after each other.
He was very proud of each of you.
At present I am in hospital and will not be discharged in time to pay my respects in person.
As a side note, my nickname was"Ang"
He give me that name when I was about 12 years old.
He said I had knees as big as the Tiger-Cat player Angelo Mosca.
