Wilson, Elizabeth (nee Ashcroft, Smith)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Wilson on July 5, 2017 at the Hamilton General Hospital in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Wilson and the late Gilbert Smith. Cherished mother of Sandralyn Martin (David), Gil Smith (Ellen), Martin Smith, and step mother of Ronn Wilson and Ross Wilson. Predeceased by her son Kevin. Loving grandmother of Kerrie Hughes Davidson, Desiree Farminer, Shaun Smith, Joel Smith, and Andrew Smith. Great grandmother of Andrea, Isla, Sierra, Jacob, Crystal, Erik, Joshua and Kyle. Beloved daughter of the late William and Marjorie Ashcroft. Predeceased by her 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Survived by many nieces and nephews. At Elizabeth’s request, cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Incarnation Catholic Church on Saturday, July 15th at 9am.
