We sadly announce the passing of our mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother on Thursday, October 5, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Herbert (1997). Loving mother of Katherine Giordano (Emilio). Proud grandmother of Ken, Pete, and Livia Shaw (Gord). Great-grandmother of Nick, Steph, Taylor, the late Lucas (2003), Heather, Sean, Emilia, and James. Sister of Ruth (the late Donald), Ken (Diane), the late Lincoln (Lois), the late Keith (Lorraine), the late Mildred (the late George). Special thanks to the nursing staff on 3 East at St. Peter’s Hospital for their care and compassion. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME (796 Upper Gage Avenue) on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
