Obituary for Denise Marie Goupil
With great sadness we announce the passing of Denise Goupil unexpectedly, in her
64th year, at Hamilton General Hospital on October 19th , 2017. Beloved daughter to
the late Laura and Paul Goupil. Dear sister to Gisele (Vince) Castellano, Theresa
LeBlanc, Lawrence (Carol) Thetrault and Ronald (Colleen) Goupil. Cherished aunt of
many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to staff at the Hamilton General
Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion, as well as Father Ambroise from
Notre Dame du Perpetuel Secours Church. We would also like to express our gratitude
to St. Joseph’s Homecare, St. Joseph’s Hospital Renal Unit, and the management and
staff of Resistance on Augusta, for their continued excellent care. Visitation will be held
at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 7 East Ave S. Hamilton (between King St. and
Main St.) on Tuesday October 24th, 2017 from 6-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at
St. Patrick’s church in Hamilton, Ontario. On Wednesday October 25 th, 2017 at 10 AM.
