STECHYSHYN, Amelia (nee Krytovich)

Passed away peacefully at Baywoods Place, Hamilton Ontario on November10, 2017 in her 96th year. Predeceased by her husband Walter, her son Richard of Hamilton and her sister Jean of Vancouver. Lovingly remembered by her son Walter Nicholas Stechyshyn and his wife Milda of Chatham, her grandchildren Audra Nagasawa of Ottawa, and Amber Stechyshyn of Toronto, great grandchildren Kaeda and Emiko of Ottawa, and niece Tracey Hutchinson of Vancouver. Amelia throughout her life was a people person, who went out of her way to help anyone she met in need of care and compassion, whether they were family or friends. She always put others' needs before her own. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her or were affected by her many acts of kindness. Special thanks to the staff of Baywoods Place for their support through words and actions over the many years of her stay with them. Internment at Holy Sepulchre and a memorial celebration of life will be scheduled by her surviving family at a later date.
