Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the prayers of countless others. Loving wife of the late Charles(1991). Devoted mother of Rosemary Chasty(the late Charles, 1990), Michael and Chuck(Josephine). Proud Grandma of John(Manon), Susan(Pieter), Michael(Han), Emily, Nina, and Emma(Chad). Treasured Great Grandma of Justin(Jessica), Hannah, Juliette, and Maddy. Dear sister of Mary Woods, Carl(Colleen) and sister in law of Eva and Mary Marranca. Predeceased by her siblings Angelo, Tina(Jim), Andrew, and brother in law, Tom Woods. Cherished friends of Josie and Bill Scarfone. She will be greatly missed by all of her extended family and friends. A special thanks to the compassionate and caring staff at Arbour Creek, 4th floor. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1919 King Street East (between Rosedale & Cochrane) on Wednesday January 31, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 128 Edgemont St. S. on Thursday February 1, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Good Shepherd Centre or a charity of your choice.
