Urbanski, Joseph Frederick

Peacefully surrounded by his family on January 31, 2018 at the Juravinski Hospital, Joseph Urbanski in his 84th year passed away. Beloved husband of the late Mary (nee Friel). Loving father of Moira Wallace (Tony) and Sheena Partridge (Glen). Dear Dedo of Ocean, Cailyn and Michael. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Mykola & Anna Urbanski and his brother Michael Urbanski (Polly). Joseph was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and the Ukrainian Church of the Resurrection. He was a retired employee of Westinghouse and Firestone for several years. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., on Sunday, February 4th from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Panachyda will be said on Sunday at (time to be confirmed). A Funeral Mass will be offered at the Ukrainian Church of the Resurrection on Monday, February 5th at (time to be confirmed).
