Tang, Yvonne (nee Kohnenmergen)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yvonne Tang on May 25, 2018 at the Juravinski Hospital at the age of 84 years. Beloved wife for 56 years to Albert. Loving sister of Regina, Matheus, Christian, and Mathilde. Predeceased by her sister Erna, her brother Jacob and her sister Gertrude. Dear Godmother of Manuela Theodor. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family in Canada, Belgium and Hong Kong. Yvonne was a retired employee of Voortman Cookies with 20 years of service and was the love of Alberts life. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., on Thursday, May 31st from 2-4 & 6-9pm. Prayers will be said on Thursday at 7pm. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Sacred Heart Parish on Friday, June 1st at 10:30am. Burial to take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
