William Robert Walker
At home as he wished with his Beloved Wife & Family, Bill, in his 79th year passed peacefully, on Sunday June 3, 2018. Cherished Husband of Elaine (Jacobs) for 57 years. Unforgettable Father of Sue, Sheri, Steve & Jenn. Entertaining Grampaw of Jackson & Benjamin. Brother of Jim & Barb. Brother in Law of Donna & Terry, Len & Darlene. Loved Uncle of Jason & Lisa, Dale, Tobi & Rick, & Clark. Stelco employee for 34 years, retiring in 1998. Bill enjoyed holidays at Sauble Beach, was an avid fan of Bulldogs, Ticats & Blue Jays. He coached girls & boys baseball & supported Steve through many years of hockey. Bill organized the Good Times Bowling league. He was famous for his unique one-liners. And loved by many for his kind heart & friendly manner. Special Thanks to his wonderful medical team: Dr Gallagher, RN Marian, PSW Jason. Cremation has taken place & a gathering of Family & Friends in Bill's honour will be announced. "We Love You Blue Eyes" Loved You Yesterday, Love You Still, Always Have & Always Will.
