Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on September 29, 2018 in his 98 th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Dina of 64 years. Loving father of Bernie Shaw Jr. (Ada), June, Robin, Bobby and Predeceased by his son James Robert “Jimmy” (Lynn). Cherished grandfather of April, Jennifer, Matthew, Shannon, Chris, Justin, Markye and Acadia. Survived by 9 loving great grandchildren. Bernard will be greatly missed by all of his family. He proudly served in WWII and was a member of the Lorne Scots Infantry. Special thank you to St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Hamilton General Hospital for their warm and kind care.
