QUINTAL, Agnes Ann Veronica

Entered into rest surrounded by her loving family on Friday May 23, 2008, in her 72nd year. Dearly beloved wife of Anthony and loving mother of Alison, Adrian, Antoinette, Christopher, Dawne, Paula, Jude, and Roger. Cherished grandmother of Joanne, Qubert, Ruby-Leigh, Joshua, Stephanie, Rosheeda, Nadia, Andrew, Genie-Lyn, Diana-Christina, Brandon, Akash, Aaron, Sarrah, Christopher Jr., Cody, Cynthia, Mark-Anthony, Anthony, Haley, Faith, and great grandmother of Divinity, Jeiten, Vidya. Agnes will be sadly missed by her loving sister Cherry-Ann(Knight) Dass as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Born Agnes Ann Veronica Knight on January 14, 1937, in Georgetown, GuyanaSouth America. Agnes grew up in Guyana were she met and married her soulmate Anthony Florenzo Joseph Moore Quintal on April 28, 1956. The couple then emigrated to Canada in 1977 were Agnes found employment with the V.H.A for over 25 years. Agnes will be lovingly remembered for her kindness, compassion, and beautiful singing voice. Visitation at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME 7 East Avenue S. on Monday May 26, 2008, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm with prayers at 8:30 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church(440 King St. E.) on Tuesday May 27, 2008, at 11 am with cremation to follow.
