Wishart – Tersigni , “Jack”

Our Beautiful Baby Boy, ‘Jack’ (James Dominic) passed peacefully in the arms of his adoring parents on Sunday May 7 2017 at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. Jack courageously battled with cancer for 7 months and we could not be more proud of him.
Baby Jack stole the heart of every person he met. He brought joy and happiness to all and was loved beyond measure by his family and friends. Jackie was our superhero, our Incredible Hulk and our little man.
Jack was the much loved and cherished son of Maria and Andrew Wishart. Beloved grandson of Dave and Karman Wishart and Dominic and Jo-Ann Tersigni. Adored nephew of Joe Tersigni, Katherine Tersigni, Leo Maia and Kristine Wishart. Dearest great-grandson of Audrey and John Martin and Hank Wishart. Great-grandson of the late Charlie and Gayle Argue, Joseph and Angela DiOrio, and Dominic and Marguerite Tersigni. Also loved by many great aunts, uncles and friends. Our entire family is eternally grateful for the many prayers, generous support and outpouring of kindness shown by so many. Special thanks to Dr. Uma Athale, Stephanie Cox and the entire team at McMaster Children’s Hospital for always going above and beyond in the care of our baby. We are also very grateful to Dr. Jorge Kruger, all of the doctors and nurses in 8B, and the entire magnificent CCU team for the compassionate and loving care given to Jack during his stay at Sick Kids.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, East 37th Street at Fennell Ave. E., on Thursday May 11 2017 at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to McMaster Children’s Hospital, Hamilton, or Sick Kids Hospital, Toronto. www.dermodys.com.
