It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Walter Kozelecki on August 4, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Marguerite. Loving uncle of Laura Burton (Jeff), Deborah Mufti (Nouman), Linda Banting, Barb Hawking, Cheryl, Doug (Pat), and Simone (Dan). Great Uncle of Connor, Brianne, Shan, Yasmeen, and Lisa. Dear brother-in-law of Agnes Middleton. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave on Wednesday, August 8th from 2-4 & 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, August 9th at 11am. Burial to take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations to the Parkinson Foundation or St. Joseph’s Hospital would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital, in particular the Palliative Care Team for all their comfort care and compassion shown to Walter during his stay.
