It is with great sadness after a lengthy illness on December 23, 2018 at the Heritage Green Nursing Home, Billy died in his 86th year. Loving companion of Elaine Hughes. Dear father of Ann Marie, Darlene, Linda, Rita, Billy and Mary all of P.E.I. Bill was a singer, song writer and a multi talented musician who was loved by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Incarnation of Our Lord Parish on Saturday, December 29th at 9am. Burial to take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Binbrook.
