Passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital on Saturday, February 2nd in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of the late Ofelia (nee Marziali). Loving father of Massimo. Cherished brother of the late Francesco (Angela), Blondina (Filippo), Rosa (Giovanni), and Pietro (Rosa) all of Italy. Dear Uncle of Joseph (Dora) and Gabriele (Julie) and survived by several great nieces and nephews, cousins, and extended family in Canada and Italy. A loving husband, father, brother and friend, he will be dearly missed. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Juravinski Hospital and Regina Gardens for their care and compassion shown to Vittorio during his stay. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 8th at Regina Mundi Catholic Church, 631 Mohawk Road West, Hamilton, from 10am-11am followed by a Funeral Mass at 11am. A private burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or Chrohn’s and Colitis Canada would be appreciated by the family.
