Passed away at home, surrounded by the love of his family on April 19, 2019 in his 87th year after a long battle with COPD. Cherished husband of Mary for 61 years. Devoted father to Bruce (Laurie), and Ann (Bob). Proud grandfather of Devin, Amber, Brad, Eric, and great-grandfather to Holden. Predeceased by his brothers Michael (Betty) and George. Survived by many nieces and nephews, and his Friday HSR coffee buddies.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME (796 Upper Gage Ave.) on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Chapel Service will take place on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 11 a.m. If desired, donations to The Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
