Murray, Glenn Vernon

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Glenn Murray on Tuesday, August 29th at St. Peter's  Hospital in his 72nd year. Beloved son of the late Everett & Hilda Murray. Loving brother of Wanda MacDonald (Donald), Lillian Gallant (Jake), Gloria MacDonald (Joe), Marilyn Sanchuk (Ed), Irma Girard (Martial), Jim Murray (Gloria), and John Murray (Kim).  Predeceased by his brothers Elgan and Brenton and sisters Jean Richard and Darlene Bissonnette. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Glenn will be missed by many friends who he met along the way.  He had a great sense of humour, loved his bike and was never without his cigarettes for too long. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave. on Friday, September 1st from 3-5 & 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, September 2nd at 10am. Burial to take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Donations to the Salvation Army, Mission Services and the Good Shepherd Centres would be appreciated. On-line condolences to www.dermodys.com
