I would like to extend my prayers and my gratitude. Monsignor Peter was introduced to me a couple three decades ago when I was struggling terribly with a chronic and debilitating painful condition, felt without hope and was sorely lacking in faith. Although he did not know me, he offered to meet with me at the church on several occasions to pray with me and help me on my faith journey. The seeds he planted continue to thrive today and I remember him as a pivotal influence on my faith journey. He truly helped me get through some of the darkest days of my life. I was out of town on vacation when he passed and only learned the sad news when at church this past weekend. I am sorry to have missed his visitation and funeral. I will remember him in my prayers.
